It all started 20 years ago…
What started as a hobby of cooking up tacos at family functions, quickly turned into a thriving business. Chef Adrian hails from Jerez, Zacatecas, MX and Jerez is all about their tacos and although he knows the ins and outs of the kitchen, he knew he wanted to bring authentic Jerezano tacos to the valley. On a summer family trip to Jerez, Chef Adrian brought back a “comal” with him and built his first taco stand out of wood(that was quickly retired because it kept getting lit up in flames…) and started serving taco parties for family and friends. We are proud of the flavors we serve and the service that we provide.
