The Birria de Res takes about 5 hours to cook and by the end, the meat melts off the bone. The Birria de Res is the staple at Don Taco and it’s what Chef Adrian is most proud of. All the marinades for the meats are made from scratch every time and we only use the best quality cuts of meat and the freshest ingredients we can find. Our delicious salsas are also made from scratch with Mama Tina being in charge of those. Her fiery Japanese peppers and tomatillo salsa roja will definitely give you a kick but will release an explosion of flavor in your mouth.
